GR Yaris Accelerator Pedal Riser 2.0

The TGR Performance accelerator pedal riser comprises two precisely machined pieces that lift the (drive by wire) accelerator pedal assembly a touch higher, bringing it a bit closer to level with the brake pedal. As a result, heel-toe shifting becomes easier and more fluid, ditto braking. The installation is easy, as per the installation video. If you’ve done it before it would be a 15 minute job. For first timers it will take half an hour. Basically, you just remove a piece of trim (two screws, two clips), remove the assembly (three bolts), whack the riser pieces underneath, and bolt it back up. The only tricky bit is reaching the top right bolt but it’s not terribly hard. I’ve been driving with this for a few days now, including a track night at Eastern Creek where the car was really tested, and it improves the car. The construction is solid and the parts look good - something it shares with the shift lever risers (excellent; highly recommended) and the mirror riser.

Great product, super easy install and now no need to heavy brake to put in that throttle blip on the down shift. Again, should’ve been a factory fitted item on this vehicle given its market.
